The word REIKI means in Japan life energy, the devine, universal, infinite energy who is surrounding us and keeps us alife. This energy is a natural healing energy and is flowing in a strong, concentrated form through the hands of the person who akts as an energy chanel. In China this energy is known as "Chi" and in India as "Prana".

Reiki treatments are effective in harmonising and healing through a soft touch of both hands on yourself or on others. The giver is a chanel for the universal life energy. He lies his hands on the bodyparts and everything else happens by itself. Energywork is undenominational and only an offer on energy from the giver to the receiver if he likes to take it.

Reiki causes harmony and deep relaxation, wellbeing and vitalisation. The receiver activates his selfhealing energies and boosts his health and healing on all levels. The physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.

The Reiki way tells us to take responsibility for ourselfs and respect, value and honor the life in ourself and in others.
