cancellation policy

• If payment is not received by the due date Omkara Yoga reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
• In the event of cancellation by the customer, the following refund fees apply:
  

     Cancellation 2 weeks or less before due arrival date, 0% refund

     Cancellation 2 to 4 weeks before due arrival date, 25% refund

     Cancellation 4 to 8 weeks before due arrival date, 50% refund

     Cancellation more than 8 weeks before due arrival date, 100% refund

   

• Retreats, courses and yoga packages are not transferable..
• No refunds will be made for failure to attend or to complete the retreat and the included excursions.
• not used and expired yoga packages will not be refunded
• Refunds will be processed after the retreat ends. Our cancellation policy is firm.

limitation of liability

• All retreats, courses, workshops and yoga classes are privatly organized and everybody is participating on his own risk. Travel- Health- and Liability Insurances have to be done by the customer.
• Omkara Yoga can not be held responsible nor liable for any injury, illnesses, loss or damage of property, obligations derived from travel arrangements, or disruption of program due to circumstances beyond the control of Omkara Yoga.
